• Set Up of Parish
    Giving     app

    The Parish Giving app is part of the Archdiocese of Brisbane and has been set up specifically for parishioners to electronically connected to their Parish for regular and one off giving.
    The Parish Giving app allows you to complete your giving on your mobile phone via either Android, Apple or Web app. Giving to your Parish has never been easier.

  • Set up Step 1

    Once the app is downloaded you can open the app and it will take you to the login screen.

    For first time users at the bottom of the login screen click on “New user? Create Account” this will take you to the registration screen.

  • Set up Step 2

    Input your details and press “Continue” to finalise your setup

  • Set up Step 3

    Create your 4 digit access pin for security access. You will be required to input this pin each time you access the app. Once input you will be automatically taken to the home screen.

  • Set up Step 4

    As part of the home screen you will be able to search for your Parish. Once found click on the heart and this will have your Parish saved as a favourite. Next time you wish to give to your favourite Parish simply click on “Favourite Parish” and those selected will be displayed. (You can select multiple Parishes as part of your favourites list)

  • Set up Step 5

    On the Home Page at the top left beside the Parish Giving logo is a three line icon, click on the icon and you will be taken to the main menu.

    Under the main menu you will have:

    • Parishes (Taken you back to the home page)
    • Event
    • My Profile
    • Cards
    • Giving History
    • At the bottom you can logout of the app

  • Set up Step 6

    Parishes :

    You can;

    • Find your nearest Parish
    • Find a Parish (Search capabilities for a Parish)
    • Access your selected favourite Parish or Parishes

    Events :

    This is where you can find any event occurring.

  • Set up Step 7

    My Profile :

    You can change your personal details

    • Change your email address
    • Change Password
    • Change Pin
    • Update Phone details
    • Update Address
    • Parish Giving Privacy Policy (ADF)

  • Set up Step 8

    Cards :

    Input your card / giving details.
    The Parish Giving app accepts MasterCard and Visa card. Credit and Debit Cards.
    Any card details input to the application are completed under security industry standards to the highest level with no card details ever held as part of the application. Ensuring your personal details are protected at all times.
    Once your card details are input you can now start giving to your Parish.

  • Set up Step 9

    Giving History

    Via your giving history you will have access to completed one off giving and your recurring giving arrangements. One off giving click on the transaction and you will be provided with further details. Recurring giving click on recurring giving arrangement and this will allow you to;

    • Edit the details
    • Change the card used by swiping left
    • Pause and delete the recurring giving.
